SCROTAL HEAVINESS WITH PUMP

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. If im standing or walking for an extended period, I feel a dragging sensation in my scrotum, presumably from the heaviness of my AMS lgx pump. It then can radiate up into my abdomen as a cramping sensation.
Lying down for awhile makes it go away. I'm going to try supportive underwear to see if that makes a difference.

I don't have the cramping sensation but I am very aware of the weight.

I am 5 months post surgery, and early on I was acutely aware of the pump. The weight, positioning of the pump with my right ball, (who occasionally still puts up a fuss about the new roommate) walking, moving and underwear choices often caused some pain or discomfort. Now, most of the time, I don't seem to be aware of the pump unless it gets really weirdly positioned once in a while. It doesn't feel so alien anymore, just a part of me.

I'm 3 years out from surgery.
For the first 6 months or so, the weight of both the pump and the cylinders was very noticeable. It felt good to me though. The extra weight made me feel like I was more "male" again, after many years of atrophy.
The pump, in particular was especially noticeable on walk with loose or no underwear and loose shorts. I was also very aware of it when sitting down - my balls would hit first, hanging lower than before, and I had to sit a little more carefully instead of just dropping into a seat. I did not, however, have any of the abdominal pain that you have. It was just heaviness, more mass, moving around. And like I said, it felt good.
Now I don't notice the difference in either dick or balls unless I'm looking for it. My flaccid shaft is much stiffer than it used to be and I can notice that at any time if I pay attention. My sack no longer feels "different" unless I use my fingers to manipulate the pump or something.
Good luck with it.
Quincy.
