Can anyone tell us if their penile Implant was reasonably close in size to their penile size after using injections. Also most use a VED prior to getting their Implant. Was their Implant reasonably close to their pumping size.

If men are expecting the size of their implant to be what it is in a VED then they will be disappointed. Just like using one with your natural dick the size you are in the VED will not be that size after you remove it. Any gains you get in the VED are temporary You will not get more out of an implant than you bring to the surgery. Your natural size is the best you can hope for. Implantation is not an enlargement surgery. Unreal expectations lead to disappointments

I'd like to add that my implanted girth is less than the girth with injections.

My implanted length is exactly what it was with the VED and with trimix. I was at full length 2 months after surgery. I lost girth because my nerves were removed that allowed blood flow to the glans penis area during RP.

With a good surgeon and no complicating conditions, my opinion is "Yes". My implanted erection was fully equal in size to my pre-implant best. But I lost no size from my youth to my ED defective erection. I used oral medications and bridged the period between total loss of erections and the implant with a VED.

My vacuum-induced erection was nearly a full inch longer than my pre-implant best. So, I would say "No, never."

After about a year of pumping. Yep my pre ed size was back.
