I am looking to see if anyone was able to continue doing fun activities after two weeks post op? I have a fishing tournament planned for a few hours and then a few days later I need to captain a sailboat for a regatta. I am 40 years old and in good shape and the doctor is going to do a infrapubic surgery with a titan legacy.

I did a minor workout at the gym about 10 days after and golf as well. I don't know about captaining a rowing competition though.

Really, I think it just simply comes down to how well your recovery goes. One challenge however, could be whether or not your doctor sends you home inflated, how much, and for how long. Two weeks, at least partially inflated following surgery is not uncommon. Comfortably positioning a stiff, still somewhat sore penis can be difficult. I spent two weeks at 70% inflated and could have easily done the fishing, not sure about the sailing. Good luck, it's all worth it.

I don't know if its because of my age, but I'm rather active, but I didn't want to do anything that would result in an unfavorable outcome. I figured, following the plan was going to provide me the best outcome. As everyone has said before, follow your Doctor's instructions. Missing an event this year may be disappointing, but having a failed PPI because you over did it will be far more worst and set you back for a longer period thereby missing more important events. Err on the side of caution. FWIW . . .
