Supportive underwear

Hey guys, looking for first hand recommendations for quality boxer briefs that have extra support without being to heavy on the other areas? I see a lot of options on Google, but hoping some of you have come across some really good ones.

Less than a week post op and I’m sticking straight out, not sure if that will change over time given the size and the location of my peyronies is fairly low on the shaft.

Thanks!

if you don't mind doubling up your underwear, you can hardly beat an athletic supporter (jock strap) for support. One downside is too much support. If you can find one made with gentler material than most jock straps you find in the sports department, let us know, please.

As far as "sticking straight out" is concerned, Titans take a while to loosen up. Are you still inflated as you were post-op? Can you fully deflate? You are still fairly early in the recovery process (Aug 6th to 12th).

I wore nothing but a jock strap for at least a month following surgery. Even deflated it hurt to bend my dick down, or much to the side. I kept wearing him straight up because that was the only position that didn't hurt. Now I can bend it down with no problem. It just takes some time for everything to settle in.

I don’t have an implant but have seen so many implanted guys here mention David Archy pouch boxers I figured I would mention it.

I bought some and they are good. I prefer Stealth brand boxer briefs though. There are two separate pouches in that brand. Your cock goes in a pouch and just behind it there is a separate pouch that supports your balls. I think they are really comfortable and I’ve worn them for 4 years or so. David Archy is pretty inexpensive. Stealth are quite a bit more, but worth it, I think.

I found Tommy Johns to work very well. Good support and with the easy access flap makes all the difference. Great support as well, not as heavy as a jock strap but somewhere in between. Expensive but IMHO worth the money.

I used both Tommy John and Saxx Sport Mesh.

https://www.saxxunderwear.com/products/sxbb12f_gra

The Saxx worked well in the early weeks when I had it pointing straight up all day at work. They have nice pouch (wings) that run all the way up to the waist band. They help keep it pointed up and prevent it from sliding down to one side or the other. With it pointing up, the waist band was a bit low at times, but I still preferred them over any others I tried.

I preferred the Tommy Johns during months 2-4 as things relaxed a bit and I started pointing it down. They have a bit more play in them.

Then, when pointing it down became more and more comfortable again, I switched back to the Saxx. They kept my new and improved package, packaged up nicely. I just bought a new batch last month.

When finding what worked for me, I bought a pair of 4 or 5 brands and narrowed down to these two, then bought more.

Hi there. I’m 3weeks out. AMS 700 18cm /4 cm RTE. I found just wearing 2prs of undies gave me enough support. At least it’s worth a try.

Doubling them up has been clutch for me.

Wow, great responses! Thank you.

Ya, 2 pair is a no go. It’s not the extra material, it’s the extra waist band that’s uncomfortable for me.

I’m placing an order this weekend and will check out all of these and let know what I think. I like the sound of agonist all of them.

Also thankful for you guys further in the process mentioning how things changed over time. It’s really helpful hearing it first hand.

As for cost, there’s a few things in life that no matter my financial situation I’m spending the money and underwear is pretty high on that list.
