Day 19, day three of cycling.

Has anyone followed cycling regimen and failed to gain inch or more back. At day 19 I'm bummed that I lost some size.

My understanding is that many men experience almost no re-growth that first month of cycling. Everyone is different, and I'm only 10 days post-op, but I've been told this by more than a few. Just be patient. Keep cycling. My doc told me not to expect for everything to return to old dimensions until the 3 month mark. Your body is still early in the healing process.

I don't about an inch, but I am six months out and have gained a half inch and hoping I can pick up another half inch or more. It is way too early in the healing/recovery process to make any judgements about your post surgery size. And from all I understand, consistent daily cycling is what will help with size.

I'm hoping to experience a size bump. I did notice last night that when. Aroused, my girth and glans increased. I thought that wasn't supposed to happen

It may have been age. Or the way I cycled. Or not being aggressive with pumping it up early on. Or my anatomy. Too many variables to note.

I got my best return on investment from cycling between month 6 and 12 after the implant. I was okay with where I was at month 6 but I was getting pretty happy by month 12. At the year and a half mark I’m damned near ecstatic.

Just my experience. Yours is likely to vary.
