Undersized with floppy glands 1 yr post-opt

At first I thought it was me but now I’m realizing that the implant tips barely if not at all go into my glands fully so when I’m fully pumped I can still bend my head backwards. That’s why I been having pain with women riding me because the tip bends from being undersized.

Anyone else struggling with this?

We both have same doc. Brian Kansas did mine roughly 1 1/2 yrs ago.

We don’t have same issue. I got both Dr Kansas and Shawn the PA to show me where the end of the implant was in head. Palpated the end of it from the underside, mine is well into the head albeit not right at the tip. Would I have liked another cm? Sure. Do I think it would have been wise? Probably not. I’ve got the LGX and at 80+ little squeezes I’m getting some good stretch. Rigidity in head is hit or miss, Viagra does help but it’s questionable if the payout is worth the headache and stuffy nose. I’ve retained what I think is a limited amount of erection capability in the head.

I think my question for the good doctor would be (1) where is the end of my implant (2) was that as far as you could safely put it? (3) why do I have a CX instead of LGX? (4) is there any value to viagra for me to stiffen up Head since the implant has stiffened rest of my dick satisfactorily.

PM me with questions. Tomorrow I’ll pump up to see just how flexible Head is. But my overall impression with it from use is that everything is hard, rigid, and vastly superior to what I had to work with before.

Pamen16, I had exactly the same issue after being implanted by Dr. Cornell in Houston, I kept asking if something was wrong , and he kept saying it was perfect ! It wasn't and I consulted with Dr. Kramer, he told me that I can help you. He did , I got a revision 1 year after the initial implant, it was a successful revision.

Williamb how did you get the surgery revision covered by your insurance?

Also curious what did you get this time around? LGX or titan?

Signature line says he got a 21cm. Titans are 22cm so he got an AMS product.

I'm only 20 days Post Op......but I've noticed that when I got aroused, my glans swelled as normal. Example, when I cycle, my glans didn't increase in size, but when I am/was aroused, the glan swelled and increased in size . Maybe you should have your doctor look at revision.

Pamen, Dr. Kramer used a LGX, went up in size. Works well, very rigid when it needs to be and very natural when flaccid. I find it the perfect solution for me.

I have a similar issue. I am at 9 weeks. Its also called glanular hyperflexitivity (only if you are not undersized, if you are undersized, its just being undersized). Dr Kansas is a top notch doctor, I am curious what he has to say about it.
I also have a top notch uro, he says that he thinks the implant is an excellent result. He said I had scaring in my corporal bodies, and he measured multiples times and did not shorten me. He said that he can do another operation called a glanulopexy so "fix" the floppy glans. Here is a video of something similar to a glanulopexy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kJeKhXWPCU). He said I wouldn't be able to have sex for 6 weeks though.

I actually have an appointment scheduled with Dr Carrion in Tampa in a few weeks just to get a second opinion on if I was shortened or if it is a true "floppy glans" that would need glanulopexy. Dr Carrion seems to be one of the uros that put out the most literature on FGS and also is the surgeon in the video posted above.

Here is an awesome video from Dr Perito talking about how scar tissue can cause the corporal bodies to "shrink" out of the glans, which means even if you are fitted appropriately, you could still get FGS. He states in the video and I've seen the research that says up to 25% of cases have this issue.

edit: just realized you had the thread on women not "feeling" you inside them. Do you think this is causing that issue??

@williamb
Did you ever have any MRI images done prior to your revision that showed you have room to get upsized? Do you have any before and after pictures to show the difference and do you think the pain of a revision was worth it? I am sort of in the beginning stages of trying to figure out if the risk reward is worthy..

I have a question. Do you have the same issue if you push the head of your penis forward as you do pulling it back? The reason I ask is because of the way our heads are shaped the implant doesn't have as much tissue to support the implant as the front or top does . In other words the bottom of the heads of our penises are shorter than the top is
