Hello, everyone, I'm just looking for some reasurance if I can tell my story

So in 2018, I suffered a case of Priapism from a medication called Quetiapine which I was on for mental health issues but I was mainly using it to aid sleep, but with this medication the more you take it, the more it loses its effectiveness so I would talk more not knowing what would happen. So one morning around August 2018 I woke up with such a painful erection but unfortunately I left it for 4 days, I can't believe I did this since I'm the type of person that always google things when it comes to health. So I'm in the hospital 4 days later and I have the blood drained and stay in for 2 days, when released I'm booked with a urologist who tells me in need an implant and fast due to potential scar tissue that can build over time, again a stupid discussion on my part I didn't have the operation, I didn't show up, but at the time I was suffering with constant dizziness for nearly 20 years, I was told by a chiropractor I had a broken neck, I was told by another doctor they couldn't explain why I felt like this but they said my neck wasn't broken but I didn't believe them and I was suicidal which was the reason I ended up in a mental hospital who by the way put me on this medication which has ruined my manhood, (sorry for blabbing) so now 3 years have passed, I can still get an erection but as soon as I stop stimulating it, it goes. I have booked an appointment to see the same urologist I saw in 2018 on the 6th September and im so worried that im going to lose all my length because I've left it so long and ill have fibrosis, I haven't lost any length over the years due to ED which I've seen can happen when men have ED, if anything my flaccid penis is longer, before the accident I used to have a very 'buried penis" but now it's more a "hard flacid" state. Please if there's any men out there who can she'd some light on my situation, im 37, haven't had sex for year's and scared im gonna be alone forever because if I lose much of my 6.2 inch errection ill never satisfy a woman again, I eventually discovered I was feeling dizzy and depresed was due to low b12 and testosterone which I now inject. Hey mate,

You made a good decision to visit this site. I think this site is the best place to visit if you have ED problems. A lot of members with a lot of knowledge will help you here.
There is definitely a solution for you, an Implant or another solution and you definitely don't have to end alone!

I can advise you to do two things to prevent sizeloss and for penile health:
- using twice daily a VED;
- daily Cialis, starting at the lowest dose, 2,5mg

Also you can do a priapusshot although it's expensive and mixed results.

Hey sorry to hear about guru health issues and glad you are getting them addressed. At this point try not dwell on what you should have done and look forward to what you can do to resolve your issues. As for your size comment, I’m 5.5” and avg girth and have never had an issue with pleasing a woman. Google the statistics on the pct of women that reach orgasm through penetration. It’s surprisingly low. It’s the entire act that gets the job done.

I see in your signature you are or were on TRT. If still on does it gives you small balls which complicate hiding your pump?

Thanks Buffalomaxx, to be fair I don't mind losing an inch, but I don't think I could handle losing more and ending up with a 3 inch member, that's my main worry

Smphead, yes mate im on testosterone and I does make your balls shrink, whether or not it'll make things difficult im not sure, I do have a very baggy sack so maybe it might not conceal the pump as much but to be honest it wouldnt bother me, my length is my main worry, I will say testosterone makes one very horney

Hi Toppicker,
It is good that you didn't loose any size so far. This is the bright side of your story. If your implant is done by a good surgeon, you won't loose any length. You should be very optimistic towards this. Obviously there are no other options that may affect your decision to go for the implant, and as the brothers here mentioned, even if you end up with some loss, you are still above average.

Thanks AST2123, yes it's good I haven't lost any length thus far, but because ive most probably have fibrosis of the corpora which makes it harder to feed the implant through the penis, I will lose length, I could live with and inch or even 1.5, I just don't want to end up with a micropenis, im imagining if I was to end up with a woman, with a 3 incher, I'll be worried all the time wondering if she's happy, maybe im overthinking, I appreciate your kind words
