Considering implant
Considering implant
Hello. I’m new to this sight. I’ve suffered from ED for a number of years now. The pills helped at first but results slowly declined until they were no help at all. I’ve tried muse, vacuums, injections and testosterone gel with no success so it looks like an implant is the only option I have left which is ok with me. I’m now in the process of selecting a doctor. I’ve seen Dr. Thomas Jaffe of Pittsburgh who suggested I try the testosterone gel with the pills, which I had not done, before I do the implant. Has anyone here had an implant done by Dr. Jaffe? I would appreciate any information.

Hey Bob
Welcome to our little corner of the internet. Lots of the guys on here have implants. they'll be along any day now - my guess is that most of them will just say 'do it'. We hear most often on here that guys wish they had not waited so long. You can try the hormone/pill thing, but most guys prefer a few quick pumps and that's it.
glad you're here. drop by the chat room from time to time. There are usually guys on there.

Hi Bob
Take it from a guy that has been there that testesterone has a lot of benefits but ED is not one of them. You may get a responce for a short while but it will soon go away as your body gets used to it.
Do not know the doctor you refere to. Before you let any doctor try an implant read my story. You do not want a general practice urologist you want a Male Sexual Function Specialist that does at least 100 implants a year. These doctors are very hard to find.
The implant of choice for those of us that have lost length is the AMS 700 LGX. A good graphic is at www.amslgx.com.
Will be happy to send you some information if you send me an email to jwp104@att.net. I have done several years of research and will be happy to share with you. Or any one else that reads this.
Good Luck
Jack
