Under 3 weeks past surgery and started cycling at 2 weeks.
Even at max it is very hard and tips are in glands but no pain.
Some discomfort if use VED.
Is this telling me anything? Seems very unusual. It's an lgx.

I'd get your Dr's advice about using a VED. I read several postings about using them to restore length but it seems risky. As far as no pain; you're a fast healer or have a high pain threshold. I was told to wait 6 weeks before cycling

Dr. Eid has us cycling in a hot bath at day #3 after surgery. Twice a day for a month, work up to 30 minutes.
Post-op day 5, moderate pain when I do it. Up to 20 minutes.

Very minimal pain during the early days of full inflation. I attributed it to having a surgeon who went conservative on sizing. What I lacked in inflation pain was more than made up for by the intensely painful first 2 weeks of post-op recovery.

I was given the go ahead to begin cycling at 4 weeks. At max inflation the only pain I had was from one cylinder tip in my glans. It limited my cycling time but after about 3 months, no pain, just some mild discomfort after an hour or so fully inflated. It has gradually improved over time.

Yeah, you're way ahead of the curve! I didn't get released to cycle until 3 weeks post-op. They considered my at 2 weeks post-op, but I was in way too much pain. Doc had to use pretty strong pain meds on me for the next 2 weeks while I began cycling. Now, at 5.5 weeks, I'm on no pain meds and cycle 2-3 x a day. That said, I cannot keep it max inflated for more than a minute or two still, due to pain. Actually, I'm not even sure I've reached max inflation yet since the pump is still breaking itself in.
My doc sees me next week, to clear me to use it, although considering the pain I have still just from keeping it hard, I'm not sure I'm quite ready. VED use will be recommended, but I haven't been cleared for it yet either. I'm now within less of an inch of lost length (without pumped up look of VED before surgery), so for me, anything after 6 inches is icing on the cake.
I'm mainly just grateful this tech exists, I managed to get it done and I am progressing to the point where I can date again, find the right girl and start a family before I'm an older guy. I don't have a lot of time to waste, but without this and its gradual recovery, I would have had nothing and would likely have lived and died in celibacy.

Aslanglobal,
I like your honest posting, and your journey throughout the process impressed a lot of us. My opinion is to not rush yourself towards VED or any kind of treatment after the implant. Not all doctors have the same attitude about it. Your recovery is going pretty well. Nothing to worry about, and your length is above average. So, you just need to enjoy your new tool when you are cleared to use it. Get a partner and have the family life you always dreamed of.

Inaips.
Pain is a strange thing, one mans sliver is another mans nail in his hand. For me cycling now for 2 months I feel discomfort only and that is only after about 45 minutes fully pumped with extra pumps every 10 minutes I have gained back more then an inch thus far. My advice is do it longer and remember the 4 way bending Dr Cavell promotes on you tube. Add more pumps, you’ll feel the stretch then.
Cheers mate
