My ams ambicor journey

Hi everyone
After struggling to find much information/experiences on the two piece ams ambicor implant I’ve decided to give a journal on my experience starting at the build up to the end …… two years ago I had a double transplant kidney and pancreas .. at 44 years old I became impotent .. this affected me mentally and felt as if the transplant gave me back life but then took away my manhood and I felt distraught … it started with pills but found they had no affect on me at all. .. I was able to achieve a hard erection but was unable to keep it for more than 2 minutes with very high stimulation … the next step was to go through the injection therapy after the first injection of caverject I was astounded my erection was rock hard I thought this was my answer .. but after 5 minutes it had disappeared …next was the pump but I could not keep an erection even with the tightest bands so I was at the only option left ..Penile implant.me and my partner talked about the pros and the cons and decided the pros outweighed the cons and we put wheels in motion ….after talking several times with my urologist we came to the conclusion that the 2 piece ams ambicor was the option I was taking as my abdominal surgery was so extensive it could have compromised my new kidney and pancreas ..altho I wanted the 3 piece Titan .I thought the risk was too great to go ahead with this option. So it’s the ams ambicor for me .I’m scheduled for surgery on the 12th of October and I will keep a full journal from start to finish as the isn’t much info on these implants so it will be here for anybody needing information
I will post again on the 13th october to say how surgery went and how I’m feeling
