Running every day with an implant wear and tear

Please, looking for feedback from guys who have an implant and run everyday.
I will be receiving my implant early this winter. I have a running addiction. It is a necessary part of my lifestyle. I am not fast but I am consistent in my daily 4.5 mile morning run.
To all the longer termed implanted runners out there...Does running cause a wear and tear on any implanted components that would lead to early failure and need for revision, or is running not harsh the implanted parts?
I will be receiving a Coloplast Titan, so I would especially appreciate feedback relative to this particular device.

I’m 6 months after implant. Run 13-20 mile races regularly. Have had no issues so far

I do rowing and running....I use jockey underwear to keep things from bouncing.....so long as your balls (and in turn, the inflation bulb) are held in one place, I think this is ok

Wear and tear while running? What did I miss?
I wouldn't think so since you are not using your equipment
The lit on the equipment says 10+ years, but pretty sure that is not a hard and fast rule, considering the posts on FT.
