It’s been 4 months since my implant surgery. I had a ton of swelling. All that is long gone. My scrotum and penis seems much darker in color (purple). Not like oh my god it’s PURPLE but definitely darker than my white skin. My urologist said that genitals tend to be darker and really didn’t make an issue of it. Never was it infected. Anyone else see this?

Jimmy... I've not heard of this before... after reading your post I've given myself a very close investigation.... In a playful manner
Purple is a great colour, but....

Could it be some sort of allergy to the antibiotic coating of the AMS cylinders? I know that AMS are coated with an antibiotic layer while Titan cylinders have hydrophillic coating.

Not really, but I still have faded purple bruises from injecting for so many years. All I know is my penis color is way darker than the skin on my stomach.

My penis is somewhat darker on the left shaft! I had black and purple on that side after implant. Ive also got the darker spots from bruising when injecting. The pigmentation in the skin changes after serious bruising. It like stains the tissue. Its not real dark but noticable. Im not concerned about it as its starting to fade as time goes on, but the ones from injecting stay.

Yeh my junk is a bit darker too, I was brused badly infact I can still tell or see a very faint line the croch area where the brusing was. My Doc said it can be normal no worries.

My penis has always been darker than my skin but no change from the implant. I a pronounced scar from an accident with an auto injector. Don't think it will ever go away
As long as the implant works I don't think anyone will notice, like your doctor said. Lots of men have darker penises. I've seen a few that were quite drastic.

I had no color change after implant.
