If I suspect kissing or escalation is about to begin, I will try to be 50-60% pumped. I usually find a reason to excuse myself to grab a condom, or go to the bathroom, or transition into the bedroom, etc. and then pump up fully. Other times I just pump up fully and then go in for action. Its actually much easier and natural than I expected it would be.

I don't understand how some men can inflate it 100% and point it aside. I don't think this is even physically possible unless the man has a very short crus.
I can inflate the implant to maybe 40% and point it to the sides.
If it has 18 pumps, let's say, and I try to do that, my penis will lift my underwear. With 25 pumps I'm not capable to make my penis touch my belly.

I point mine up. I use the waist strap of the boxers to keep it held up by putting it mid shaft. There is no way I could keep it pointed to the side pumped that much.

Keeping it pointed up is easier for me too, but if it has more than 18 pumps, it lifts my underpants.

Just to be clear: when inflated, you keep your penis up and the waist strap of your boxer at the midshaft. The rest of your penis keeps uncovered, right? When you take your shirt off, is your penis seen?
