Tip showing when fully inflated

Good morning everyone. This is a newbie question. I am about 4 weeks out and could not help but to see if this Titan was working properly. I am not supposed to start cycling until a few more weeks after my follow up. With that said, I pumped this thing up and and bent my dick in a few different directions to allow more pumping and felt the tips slight slide into the glans. When fully inflated I could actually see the tip pushing outward. Flaccid my tips sit about 3/4 in.
I do not plan to cycle anymore until cleared, I am assuming this is normal during cycling as I do have some length to regain. Had anyone experienced this? I would hate for the tips to always reach so far into the glans as that may cause discomfort for your partner. And then again I could always refrain from inflating it fully. Sorry for the silly question, I have not had a chance to play much with this thing.

Post a pic for better understanding..

Your penis should gain elasticity as you cycle. Your doc will tell you better, but I would just be careful to not inflate too much while that is happening as you dont want erosion. If it is a long term issue, you might be able to get injections that will "cushion" the tips of your penis so erosion does not occur.

Who was your uro?

Thx Swiss. I had the surgery at John Hopkins. I reached out today and they said not to start cycling, lol. It s difficult to wait because the size lost is pissing me off, and Im supposed to hook up with this old flame in a couple of months who is a 9, but if I don’t get some significant gains with 2 months of cycling (that is the window I will have after cleared), I will cancel those plans.

While a woman who scores out as "9" might have expectations of a sexual partner, I will predict that size of erection will fall to place behind duration of erection in the sexual satisfaction score she gives you. :D So, don't cancel.

Just circling back to see if anyone else has has a similar experience shortly after install, where your tips, or a tip was very close to the surface at the top of the glans, and when inflated fully you could observe a tip pushing outward on the surface creating a small lump.

That is why the surgeon measures with a special gauge where the cylinders are going in. They sure do not want a cylinder that is longer then what the measurements show, it could eventually puncture through the gland. They have to allow some cushioning on the tip of your penis. But you do not want too short of a measurement either, it has to be precise, because too short of a cylinder could give you a floppy gland. If you get an LGX that cylinder will expand in length and girth, so the surgeon has to allow for expansion. Girth is no problem. Now my understanding the Titan does not expand like the LGX in length, but the cylinders are made of a heavy material which is why some complain that the penis seems to be inflated even though it is not. The LGX is like a balloon it will extend both ways because the cylinders are thinner material designed to do just that.

That is my understanding as well. I have a Titan, and it does expand slightly in length. How far? I have no idea as of yet. I am 5 weeks out and have a lot of questions for my surgeon. I pray that the solution is as simple as not maxing during cycling and that as my penis regains it’s length, this will not be an issue because I did lose some size. In 2 weeks I have my follow up and will share his response. I’m just curious who else had a similar concern and what was the result. I even sent PMs to a member who had the same issue, but have not heard back.

Don't worry about size loss. I was 4.5" after surgery, slowly over the months of pumping, I am at 5.75". Be patient and follow the advice of the Dr. Good luck!

Stop cycling, you are the same as everyone here, we all panicked when we noticed size lose. I was 4.5 “ after my second op. When cleared for cycling I hit it hard twice a day for another hour each, im over 6” now the bulk of my gains were in the first 2 mo, relax and heal you will get there.
