I coined that phrase because during a RP, all my nerves were removed. The secondary nerves the fill out my dick and glans are gone. With the implant all pumped up hard, I am left with a cold lifeless and white dick. I also coined the phrase "popsicle on a stick" because it was noticeably cold to touch.
I asked for some Trimix gel. It was ordered from University Compounding, where my trimix came from. $135.00 delivered. It is kind of expensive so I will save it for special occasions. I push it into my urethra. Just a small amount does the trick. 15 minutes later my entire member is filled with blood. The glans is rosy red and warm. sensitivity is greatly increased. Sex is much better using it.
Finally have my Blood filled dick back. I did have extreme pain using trimix injections, but the gel is very tolerable.

same for me...when i use it i have a blood filled dick that is a semichub erection just like the days when i would partially respond to trimix (injected back then--but now gel into urethra). The natural erection is barely good enough for sex, but it does feel really nice and the glans is plump and warm.

That being said, I only use it for rare special occasions when I absolutely know I will get laid.
The point of the implant is to free yourself of all that outside baggage---but, yes, a blood filled natural (not very hard) erection feels really great, and with the ability to supplement the chub erection by pumping up those cylinders to a super hard state----WOW
