Hello all!
I just got my ams 700 LGX 3 weeks ago because I have ED because of PTSD from serving in the military for 22 years. My question is, is commando better or underwear? I have my first post op appointment on the 6 Dec and the doctor left it pumped a little, I like it but I am ready for it to go down a little. I was just wondering if no underwear is better compression underwear better?

The material the implant is made of is stiff in the beginning and flaccid isn’t real comfortable but as you cycle and use it it gets softer and will be a lot more comfortable and hang more downward.

Some support for the first 2 mo is pretty much what you will find here. After that everyone has their preference, so what ever you like, Im a out door temperature guy, 6 mo no underwear at all, then as winter sets in I start wearing loose boxers moving to more constrictive but warmer cottons.
Enjoy your renewed manhood

It depends on how comfortable you are with the briefs or boxers.
I go commando at home, and when I am out, I wear boxers. As I read here, many members recommend wearing tight underwear during workout or running to support the scrotum, and hold the pump in place.

Thanks for all the advice and suggestions. Any have the ams 700 LGX 18? Was wondering how it is flaccid? I had shrinkage do to ED and I am hoping it won’t be like that when flaccid. The doctor has it some what pumped right now hoping on the 6th Dec he deflates it. Any one with this implant has good experience?

I've never heard anyone with an implant complain about their flaccid being too small. Usually it's the opposite.

I have the ams cx. I tried wearing underwear after surgery and i go commando all my life, couldn't do it, they made the boys angry. Didnt go no where for two weeks and about the third week it was calming down and pump relaxed in my sac and i still go commando today, except around grand kids i deal with it.my flaccid is 4 1/2" and im happy with it. was a grower and now a shower , if ya got it flaunt it now, lol.
