If you can't have a satisfacting sexual life right now then yeah. You should defo go for an implant.
I am of the idea the we should not "survive" with a mediocre sexual life but live it to the fullest.
By the way where are you from? Your name sound italian

Because Rigicon is not licensed to use in the US, you will only find members implanted with the model outside the US. Not many of them on FT.
On FT, I saw only one review about Rigicon Infla, which is the 3-piece inflatable implant from Rigicon. The experience was negative, but can't say if it is the model's problem. (You can read the journal of member Stobhill on FT).
Did your doctor mention why he/she is recommending Rigicon over AMS and Titan? You need to connect with your doctor and ask for the reason, and some statistics about the satisfaction rate compared with other popular models.

Rigicon is new to the market and has a much less robust evidence base that the established AMS and Titan brands. It may be as good or even better but the truth is we just don’t know as it’s not been around long enough. From a personal perspective I would always go for a tried and tested model rather than a new entrant to the market place even if it costs more. I also think Rigicon and the other product used in Europe Zephyr are priced more cheaply for this very reason - no thanks if I had a choice!

Hello from Germany
I am on my second year with Infla10, had Anatomical Expansion model. They call it Ultra expansion I guess. Happy with the outcome. They say much easier to pump and deflate but I can’t compare since it’s my first implant. I’d definitely go with Ultra Expansion model for girth.

I feel the same as you Luigi. Have some fibrosis which has my penis screwed up, but I can get it erect for fun sometimes. Other times it doesn’t work, or just works too well and I have painful night long erections.
Currently scheduled to get a titan on Dec 21st and have the same thoughts of it would be great to have full control and full size when I want…..but if it goes bad….I mean I can get erections now, the quality is in and out though….
I know the fear.

If you trust your surgeon, then listen to him. He may have good feedback of past patients. Good luck with your implant!
