Hello, I am 33 years old, from Spain, after a long time reading frank talk in the shadows, I have decided to write.
In my signature I explain almost everything, I have the whole pack of sexual problems, but what worries me the most is the tiny size of my flaccid penis.
I have used the search option in the forum, but I have not found hardly any information about this topic, and I would like to know if someone here with a reduced size has been successfully implanted.
In case of opting for an implant, I don't know if the surgeon would be able to operate on such a small penis, about 1.5 inches. it is also thin.
Then the erect size is small but a decent 5 inches.
Due to the small size, I also could not afford to lose size after the operation.
I want to end this problem as my sex life is causing me anxiety and depression. Pills don't work, and I haven't tried injections.
Thanks to all the Frank Talk folks

I’m not a doctor but I almost 100% sure surgeon can put implant in a 1.5” flaccid penis.
Also, do not be so bad to yourself.
5” erect is not small at all! This is the average.

Flaccid size doesn't matter. Many of us were "growers" and got implants.

Re: Is it possible to implant a flaccid micropenis?
WOW! You are a maximum "grower"
A man who "grows" from a small flaccid to a much larger erection is called a "growere" because his benis grows so much.
A man whose flaccid size is close to his erect size is called a "shower" because his penis shows all the time.
Most "showers" (based on what I have read in Franktalk and other places) go from flaccid to erect and increase in size about 25%. You grow more than 200%. Congratulations.
After an implant, your penis will no longer be able to go back to its flaccid size. The implant does not reduce in size so much as human flesh can. So if you get an implant, you will be a "shower". Again, congratulations. You might feel more manly because of that. But you might also be a little less comfortable in swimming wear. Eventually you will understand that you are not attracting attention for bad reasons and become accustomed to your new anatomy.
The answer to your other question about the ability of a surgeon to fit an impant into your penis: Absolutely yes. The surgeon will stretch your penis to its normal erect length, measure its size (the inside dimension) and implant the device that fits your erect dimensions.
After that, when you inflate the implant, your penis will be approximately the same size as your erect penis is now. (Might be a little bit smaller, but very likely the exact same size. It is usually impossible for an implanted penis to be any longer than a man's length prior to surgery,} After being implanted, your flaccid penis with the implant fully deflated will be very close to to the same length as it is when erect but the girth will be less and the stiffness will be much less than when inflated. The AMS LGX can shorten about 20% when deflating.
If you get an AMS device your flaccid penis will be stiffer after implant than your flaccid penis is now, but not very much. If a Coloplast device, the material is stiffer by nature, so your flaccid penis will be much stiffer than your flaccid penis is now, but will soften over the following months.
Coloplast and AMS are the only manufacturers available in my country (USA). You may have more choices.

Many surgeons induce an erection in the operating room to check size. You have no need to worry, and you do not have a micro penis so feel better about yourself.

A stretched flaccid measurement is better than just a flaccid measurement.
I think you're worrying for nothing. In theory, a 5" erect penis would use an implant in the 18-19cm range. I'm very certain that both companies popular in the USA. Have models to fit that range.
Bottom line to this story. They can fit you with no problems.

5 inches isn’t small, man. And men really do worry about dick size way too much. I get it though. Especially if you’re not very girthy either. But please, your dick isn’t ‘small’. Trust me they come a lot smaller than that. And your penis can most certainly receive an implant.
37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.
Re: Is it possible to implant a flaccid micropenis?
My "Post-RP" limp little noodle was probably 1.5" or so. "Human vaccuum" could make it a bit longer. Four implants in, I'm just under 5". I have LOTS of fun with it!!!
Kind of along "it ain't the meat, it's the motion", I've had several girls tell me 'I didn't know I could come so much'!
If you want it, go for it! Good luck man!!!!!
When I took off my pants she said "who do expect to satisfy with that little thing"? I smiled and said "myself".....
