I was lucky to be born with a penis of 8.75" by 5.7". My maximum erection is 8.75" and my stretched flaccid length is 8.75" every single time. I'm happy sharing it if anyone want to be familiar with size changes post-implant, and don't worry, it's not "gay" to ask.
Chronology - Me regaining and/or enlarging the size of my penis.
November 2, 2021: AMS 700 LGX implanted. Urologist writes: "You measured 24 cm so we used a 21 cm implant with a 3 cm rear tip extender on each side."
My (sore) penis is 6.5". My stretched flaccid length was essentially the same. It's unstretchable. This concerns me. I never touch my penis until my next appointment unless I'm peeing.
November 30 (6.5"x5"): Urologist activates the pumping system and tells me to start inflating and deflating it, called cycling here. Next several days I didn't feel like starting, penis too sore. When I first try I have difficulty finding the bulb and deflation button. After locating them next day I inflate but it has little to no effect on size. This concerns me.
December 11 (7"x5.2"): I have been inflating and deflating often. Still worried about the results, my flaccid is still 6.5" and barely gets any longer nor very erect when inflated. Simply watching this video made me realize the obvious: be aggressive. Implant recover is an exercise. Want to get in great shape? EXERCISE A LOT, and HARDER than others.
I pull and stretch in every direction. I try to hold it flat bending back to my belly button. It hurts but I finally get there and hold it there. I bend and hold next in every other direction or angle. I do this many times a day. Directions might say 3 times a day, I do it 50 times. I go past the point of pain, because I know I'm not capable of breaking my penis or the device. And because I am a man, and I want to make my dick big like it used to be.
December 22 (7.5"x5.2"): After bending and pulling and stretching my penis in every direction, it feels uncomfortable and very sore after. The next day? It's not sore anymore. And it's bigger.
December 27 (7.8"x5.2"): I see doctor and learn this is my last appointment until next year. I tell the doctor about what I'm doing. He supports my choices. It is my interpretation of what he told to me regarding the AMS 700 LGX is it's designed to make you regain your length. I expect my length to return to 8.75" after I presume a couple months. This device can also increase your girth. I expect my girth to increase from its original 5.7". I don't know by how much, but I'll find out.
My doctor informs me an Vacuum Erection Device (VED) would be of no help for me. It might for others, I imagine. Ask your doctor. (Adding in early January 2022: I decided if a VED won't help me, that means it won't hurt me either. I bought one. I'd recommend others buy one and start using it weeks before the surgery. It'll help you get back your size. Ask your doctor/look it up.)
Now: I'm going to keep being aggressive with my dick and I'll report here and my size increases or other relevant information.
