It seems that sometimes 34 pumps is the amount b4 the pump won’t pump anymore where other times it’s as little as 21. Both amounts seem to produce the sane result. Anybody else have this going on?

No. I make certain as best I can that when I squeeze the pump, I squeeze to the point where both sides of the pump touch each other when compressed. If I don’t get full pumps then it take me a couple more, but I only have to pump 12 times until the pump is maxed. I’m just your average 5”Joe for now. I’m hoping to gain another inch, as I’m 9 weeks out.

I find that sometimes it will take me 30-33 pumps to fully inflate. Other times I get the same hardness in 20-25 pumps. I know some of my first pumps aren't full because I'll grab/pinch some skin that smarts. When I find the sweet spot I get full pumps.

My number of pumps varies also.Couple of factors I’m my opinion, how much fluid is left in the cylinders when you start and how many partial pumps are you using. The most I have ever gotten was 52 with a lot of two handed pumps that are small pumps.Usually 25-35 pumps gets me maxed out.
