Why do the people with length get a bigger girth?
The Titan xl is wider. Us average guys need good girth as well.

I do not think that this correlation is correct. The titan will stretch your tunica to its capacity no matter what model.

The longer a column is, the wider it has to be to resist bending and buckling, both issues in penile penetration.

Even with smaller sized implants the cylinders should stretch to your anatomic capacity.
You can also have more girth with a smaller implant than someone with a lager one. It’s not like men who are longer will automatically have more girth since their cylinders a larger.
It’s basically your anatomy that defines a men’s girth in the end. With an implant as well as with natural erections. That is unless your surgeon didn’t dramatically undersized you.

I had both brands and I can compare it.
I have exactly same girth with AMS CX what I had with Titan 5 7/8.
No difference in girth at all. Huge difference is how naturally AMS feels.
I am not sales person for AMS and what I said, it is just mine feeling.

Watched a video with Eid saying 16cm girth would maintain with the xl….absolutely didn’t happen with me. I don’t know whether or not the doc under filled the tank or if he slipped a titan regular in there while I was under. The one touch also doesn’t work. Feels like I got an old model and there’s not much I can do about it
