I live in Palm Springs, Ca. and am interested in finding a surgeon that will perform the surgery using the infrapubic approach rather than the penis/scrotul approach. Minimally invasive too Any suggestions?

Perito is the king of infrapubic. It might be worth a trip to Miami.

I will say he did a wonderful procedure for me and if needed will go back. Welcome to PM if I can answer any questions you might have.

Before going infrapubic, you should also consider the Penoscrotal approach and compare the benefits of each other :

I think that Karpman uses it. Try calling his office & asking.

I was limited to my home state by insurance so I emailed Perito’s office and they gave me the name of a Urologist in my state that’s trained on infrapubic at one of their courses.Got him to do it and it turned out great!

I would highly recommend Dr. Casey McGraw in Las Vegas. He is a men's sexual health trained and does Dr. Pierto techniques. After activation and a few weeks of cycling I haven't lost any length or girth.

Do you mean horizontal scar? Are you referring to infrapubic incision? How it can be vertical?

Yes it was vertical and very small. Dr Boyd did it, and he has 30 years experience. Dr Loh Doyle is taking over his position as Dr Boyd now is semi retired. Both are excellent.
