No orgasm with intercourse

I know this has been discussed (maybe ad nauseum) before, but I wanted to get a fresh take on it. I received my implant from Dr. Eid on May 21, 2021 (Titan Coloplast). I began cycling 3 days after the procedure and continued twice daily for 3 months until my first appointment with him in August. Everything seemed to be in order after that appointment and he told that I could just start firing it up when I wanted to use it. I was able to reach orgasm via masturbation within the first few weeks and continue to be able to do that. However, I did not reach my first orgasm in intercourse until about 6 months in (had failed in intercourse 7 to 10 times before that). For the next 4 or 5 intercourse sessions, I reached orgasm every other time. Then, starting about a month ago, I have failed to reach orgasm in intercourse in probably 6 or 7 sessions.
I have read on this website that this seems to be a relatively common post-implant situation. I also have read that it could last 6 months, 1 year or multiple years. Can anyone educate me a bit more on this? What causes it? Is there any way to resolve it? I have read about trying different positions, stopping masturbation, etc., as ways to deal with this but nothing has succeeded so far. Is it just a matter of time and healing that needs to happen? Or could there be something psychological in play?
Help!! Thanks.

I don't have an implant but i'm thinking maybe take a break for a few days and rest and recharge maybe? That always helps.

You're still pretty new from surgery. Give it time. All the nerve endings in your penis have been mashed, bruised and some cut. It takes months for nerve to regenerate. It took me several months to regain the feeling and be able to orgasm easily again either masturbating or intercourse.

I second oldguy's post. My experience with orgasm mirrors his (and very nearly mirrors yours) exactly.
Give it time and let your partner enjooy the extension in time of those lovemaking sessions.
Take this opportunity to explore other sexual positions (look up some in a manual or on the intrnet). Some positions will enable you to orgasm more easily - perhaps some that you could not get into before or were less than satisfactory before, but now may feel better. Experiment with the time that your delayed orgasm has provided you with.
My recommendation is to look upon the delayed orgasm/ejaculation as an opportunity to provide more orgasms to your partner. If my experience is any indication, your orgasmic responses will come back to pre-implant parameters in time. It took about three years for mine to return to prior normality.

Try different amounts of pumps.Sometimes I get off quicker if I’m not fully pumped up.Also if you use lube too much can make it difficult to get stimulation!

Before implant I had touch and go PE. I'd touch and it would go
After implant I'd have to work for it. Then I had my prostate removed. Now I have to tease my prostate muscles just right. You know pucker up my anus while holding things just right and speeding up my strokes till coming into home plate. I suggest you change your position slightly to allow for maximum strokes while you squeeze your prostate.
