I’m noticing that when I cycle after I pump up all the way, I can add 2 pumps every few minutes. Does that imply a leak?

Not necessarily. I’m 14 months post surgery and experience a similar event….especially after doing Perito’s “the Exercise” (from “Meet the penis” - google it).

You are stretching the cylinders and your tissue. After I was fully healed (3 months post op) I did the pump adding cycling. You need to check with your doctor about this or just follow your doctors instructions to the letter and not do it unless it is in your cycling protocol. After you complete your doctors protocol and are fully healed you can decide if you want to do the long (up to an hour) pump adding cycling. I would pump until I could feel stretching and stop or to max inflation. Then wait a few minutes or until the stretching feeling went away. And then pump more and repeat for 30 minutes to an hour. If I had pain I would stop and deflate.

Even at over 2 years out I can add a pump or two after inflated for a few minutes. Then the pump will get pretty hard, but I can still squeeze a partial pump or two after a couple minutes but at that point it starts to get sore.
