So gonna pull the trigger in an implant this year, curios:

1. Hows does it generally feel in deflated state? I mean are you always aware of it's presence? Any ongoing pain or discomfort? How is exercise? Bike riding, etc?

2. How long did it take you to get used to it?

3. does sex feel that same? Better? Worse? Different?

4. Is it wort it? Would you do it again?

5. Any regrets?

thanks

flaccid
thanks

, and different
Took me about six months for it to feel natural, flaccid
Sex feels like all of the above better, worse, and different
It was worth it for sure and I'd do it again

Strange at first, after 6-12 months its different but feels like a part of you. You won’t think about it at all. I do long, like 10-20 mile trail running races and rock climb. Causes me zero issues.
Sex is better. Stronger orgasms, absolute confidence, can continue after ejaculation as long as girl friend can handle. She has multiple orgasms every time. She’s 14 years younger than I and loves the idea that my penis will never grow old.
You’ll have doubts and issues at first but in less than a year you’ll love it. best decision I ever made.

Almost forgot, if she brings her girl friend along to “show” her. No worries, you’ll be ready to handle her too.

99, does that denote your year of birth?

It feels very different at first. The pump is like a third testicle, and it took my two boys a while to play nice. Now it's a part of me. Deflated I am a shower, it's maybe 4" and stays fairly stiff. Inflated it's just over 5", but hard as a spike.
Like most guys who undergo this surgery, I did the "WTF did I let them do to me?" for a few weeks. When the swelling and soreness go away then you begin to think "What can I do with this thing?" LOL

Obviously not. If you read the ages. Him being born in 1999 would make his girl friend about 9 years old. That isn't going to happen in the USA.

Let's see....every surgery is different.
My 1st surgery, although I did not pump, I just felt I had a dick I really could not use for fucking
2nd surgery was with the malleable. Think of the flexible neck of a desk lamp. It was great...except for when I put it away. Things felt 'normal' mainly because it did not involve sticking another nut in my nutsack.
3rd surgery. For a good 4 months, it felt like my dick was shorter and I was pissing through a tube whenever I needed to take a leak!
Permanent hardon because of the tubing now, which makes for some uncomfortable sitting (never really had to adjust myself before sitting down)

Just for reference, I became bionic 8/20.

1. Definitely a shower now & not a grower. Feels totally natural, no pain or discomfort.

2. The first 14 days for me were absolute misery. Each day after was a little better. Used it the first time after 5 weeks and haven't looked back.

3. Bionic sex for me is amazing. It seems like my sensitivity is enhanced, that maybe due to the fact that I'm now fully into it mentally and not thinking about maintaining an erection. My wife loves it almost as much as I do. We typically use it 5 or 6 times a week, and some of these are marathon sessions.

4. It is one of the best decisions I've ever made.

5. My only regret is not doing it sooner.
