Hello. I’m slightly over 3 months post Op and I feel recovery wise, I’m on track. I’m not thrilled with all aspects of my new IPP but definitely do not have any regrets. I never measured myself prior to surgery but when I did use a VED device prior to surgery I know that I am and inch short of my previous vacuumed length, and believe I am about a half inch or more short of my pre erect length

I cycle a minimum of twice a day for 30 minutes. 30 minutes was the longest that I could cycle in one session due to the discomfort. Now I can go 40 minutes

For those who regained their size, how long did it take you? I realize I may not be as lucky, but I am still early into the recovery and hopeful. Thanks.

I regained my size right out of the box.
It would be good to know what implant you got and whether you had pre-existing conditions and were you unable to have erections for a length of time prior to surgery.

I will give you this testimony to use as a reference point.

Inside a vacuum chamber, mypenis was fully 3/4" longer than my natural erection.

I conclude that you are not significanly shorter now, implanted, than you were able to get (or would have been able to get) before implant

I had gains past one year. It is very slow going though. It slowed down for me the farther away from surgery I was.

My advice - like yours, mine felt really, really uncomfortable doing cycling or other twisting/turning/anything for the first 30 minutes. But I also made it to 40 minutes like you. And then 50. Keep putting in more and as much effort as you can. You'll thank yourself.

Thx for the responses. I have a Titan. Prior to surgery I was able to achieve erections, but not full. It required a lot of stimulation by my partner to maintain. About 2 yrs prior to the surgery is when the pills stopped working. Again, I could still achieve erections, during that time, but not as full as with pills.

Excellent reference LS, based upon my observations, I agree with you. I believe I am about a half inch short of my pre surgery length. I am slightly over 5 inches now so really just want what I had before. Time will tell

I was 6" in the vac. right out of surgery and healing I was 5 1/2. With in 16 weeks I was back to 6 inch. 3 years later I still have pain when pumped to max and I am 6 1/2 at max but I don't use it at 100% max. To painful for enjoyment and to hard anyway.

Glad your size improved!!! Have you noticed anything about girth? I'm currently down in length and my girth has been down since surgery. A little concerned it doesn't seem to be growing.

It is another set of nerves that fills the glans and fills out girth. Implant does not expand in girth. Repairing those nerves is the only way to get more girth. I had an RP 4 years ago that damaged those nerves. My entire penis was cold with very little blood flow. Popsicle on a stick. Those nerves are slowly regenerating.

I've been doing Dr Perito's exercises to increase my girth. I have the widest Titan 20cm but I'm down from 6" girth to about 5.5, and it's flatter and oval. I've noticed it's getting better, especially if I'm aroused and about 90% inflated. It's rounder like that.
