I often read that it's a common complaint that after an implant their penis is now flat/square/oval. The logic is always that since the implant is just two cylinders next to each other then it will naturally be more flat/square/oval.

I've been searching the forum unsuccessfully for pictures of these flat/square/oval results. Does anyone know of any threads? Most pictures I see of implants look pretty good. My penis is naturally wider already (no IPP yet) so maybe it will be less of a change for me.

I'm still pretty much round.
I can feel a slight indentation between the cylinders on top, but it isn't visible.
The bottom seems to fill it out to a round shape.

I don't know if the Titan would be wider than the CX though.

Newbie, the IPP in that link looks pretty good to me. If it's flat I don't see it.

That is a long thread with a lot of pictures. Right after surgery there is swelling that does not show the flatness as well. Look for pics where there is no evidence of recent surgery. May take some time as the thread is so long.

Is there any difference in flatness between CX LGX and Titan?
