Just made the appointment

I just made my appointment with Dr. Karpman for this month, I’m nervous and excited to finally make the first step to end my ED journey. I’ve learned a lot on here the last few days which has given me the confidence to move forward, I will post more when I see him.

Zoso22- congrats, that first step is tough. Now that you've found Frank Talk and read posts you should be armed with all the questions to ask the doc. Don't hold back because he's been asked it all before.

Best of luck with your upcoming Penile Implant Procedure!
I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan IPP (Inflatable Penile Prosthesis) in 2007 after developing ED Post Prostatectomy in 2004.
My Implant completely corrected my ED, restored my confidence and still works perfectly.
I would do it again in a heart-beat!!

I'm going to echo what bob1138 said. I'm so glad every day that I got an implant. It's had a dramatic positive effect on my life.
And bob1138, thanks for the hopeful experience of having an implant for a long time.

Congratulations! I went to Dr. Karpman as well. After visiting 3 different surgeons I decided it was worth it to travel 700 miles to get to him. Very happy with the decision, with his great work, and with the terrific outcome.
