Went to see a uro surgeon three days ago. He did a stretch test and although no measurement was taken, all I could think was"that's it???" My question is, is that really all I can expect?

If he said that's what you'll end up with, run.

Meaning I can/should expect more?

I read that pre-op length measurements are just to give the doc an idea of what likely cylinders he will need. The true length is determined in the implant procedure.

But having said that, is he a high volume doc? You've got Dr. Levine in Chicago that I read good things about.

Coincidentally I have an appointment with Dr Lavine this coming Friday to get a 2nd opinion. Hoping for better information.

Steve, I believe the stretch test is just an approximation to give guys a ballpark estimate of their final size.
My surgeon neither did a stretch test nor wanted me to tell him what I had.

I really don't know why some highly respected doctors still do this.

For what little this is worth. My doc did the pull & measure. Then said something to the nurse that was taking notes. I forget the exact words but it was along the line of being flexible. I've thought about the famous stretch test. I can't see any use to it that relates to us. It must give them some info, but it escapes me.
Btw, he carries a 6" plastic ruler in his breast pocket. That leads me to believe that he seldom, if ever, gets a stretch test that measures much over 6" (15cm).

I had a stretch test with no measurements as well. They just want to see if what you have can be worked with.

Oops, to be clear. I did get a measurement, 11cm. So almost 4.5". We talked about an LGX. I'm guessing that it should get me to a 6" erection. If so, I'll be happy. Just need some Covid restriction to let up.
