Implants for smaller sizes: is it worth it?

Hi folks,
I have been suffering from ED for several years now. I didn't know that the lack of nocturnal erections (which I haven't perceived) could shrink the size of your penis until I read this forum.
I used to be around 5 / 5.5, and now I believe I'm closer to 4 / 4.5.
Questions:
1. Is it still worth to have an implement with such a small size?
2. Are there any chances to restore the lost size after implant?
3. Could you recommend a good VED device so I can start using it?
PS: I know how important a good surgeon is, so I made my mind that Eid is my only choice if I decide to move forward.

Having a penis that works well is important regardless of size.
So YES, it’s absolutely worth it. YOU are worth it.

Gonna agree with Good wood: yes, double yes, triple yes. Implants have been known to stretch the penis in length over time if cycled aggressively. See this paper discussing that:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28537700/I would go with Dr Eid and let him know you want to be sized aggressively to regain lost length. He did my implant and sized me very aggressively and I didn't even ask him to.
Keep in mind that some guys were born with smaller penises than yours, some have lost their penises entirely in accidents or whatever. Life is short man, get your dick working and keep on living as long as you can.

Well said, goodwood. Now is the time to maximize your size and associated mental outlook.
As to your other questions, a good VED is LeLuv found on Amazon.
As for surgeons, you can’t go wrong with Eid, just call his office and set up a Telemed appointment. If you get further into this and are scheduled with Eid, feel free to PM me and I will give you suggestions for travel and other related items.
All the best !

Go for it. GoodWood said it best. You've picked one of the top surgeons from what reviews say.
Again, a hard dick is better than a floppy hose.

I’ve been on pills for 10 years, injecting for 16 months usually 2 times a week but haven’t had any nocturnal in many years…. Been reading a lot about VEDs so started pumping mid December and the best I could get was 6-1/4” with a little discomfort… thru daily pumping I’m now a tad over 6-3/4 and if I push it it goes out to 7” now….not in any way saying it makes it grow, but I really feel like it can restore what your original had at any time in your past.So start pumping for maximum sized implants and let the Dr and the implant continue work for you.. good luck and definitely would go for an implant

If you do nothing, you'll keep getting smaller. An implant, at the very least, will preserve the size you have now. By using a VED pre-surgery and cycling aggressively once the implant is in place, you can usually regain most, if not all, of your peak size. Most importantly, you'll be able to tap ass, which is tough to do with ED. Get an implant!

Thanks a lot for your replies guys,
@Rider1400: could you please share the VED device you are using? And any protocol you are using with it?
Thank you!
