Hi guys.
27 years old guy here. Totally impotent from both venous leak and a mild arterial deficiency.
My EDV is 14.6, three times higher than normal.
I can't neither obtain nor maintain erection, no matter what.
No morning wood, nocturnal, spontaneous erections.
Nothing. Total extinction.
Pills ceased to work pretty quickly.
Was about to end it and I went through a hell you can barely imagine. I skip this part.
Now, after a period of severe depression, i decided to go for an implant.
I couldn't afford Eid, but eventually chose Hakki who, as far as I read, seems to be a top surgeon.
Is there anyone who underwent surgery with him? Did you find yourself comfortable? What was the result?
Thanks in advance for your attention.
Dr Hakki: should I trust him?
Re: Dr Hakki: should I trust him?
Hey dude,
I went through the same mental state when I was 23. Eventually chose Eid when I was 27 (took me years to figure out this was a viable option). Went through the mental gauntlet. Came out unstoppable. You can as well, and I hope you know that.
I can't personally comment on Hakki. I was very happy with my results with Eid. If you end up deciding on Eid and $$ is a thing, you can always make more $$. I know its hard to hear sometimes, but you can absolutely grow your income if you need to. Just remember that.
Hope others can add input here too.

Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

Re: Dr Hakki: should I trust him?
I struggled with my decision between Eid and Hakky -- had telemeds with both, both were impressive in different ways. Hakky is a "gunslinger" and I don't mean that in a negative way -- he is young and very progressive and is a proponent of some techniques that Eid is not; e.g. VED use prior to surgery and post-op as well. I have read many accounts of happy patients of Hakky.
While Eid is like "ole reliable" -- a veteran of 3000 implants who has seen it all and dealt with it all. His happy patients are very many!
Both guys are extremely likeable and personable -- I liked them both in different ways.
Personally, I went with Eid for some logistical reasons and because of his vast experience. I was a complicated case for him, he told me afterwards, much scarring. But nothing he hadn't seen before i'm sure, but heck, maybe Hakky could have handled it as well or better -- how can I know?
So, as Cnidium said, I was very happy with Eid, but as many have reported, they have been very happy with Hakky.
Eid is close to retirement I am guessing, while Hakky will be around a long time. Given your young age, he might make more sense re revisions downstream...
Just my thoughts from my own personal experience.

75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.
Re: Dr Hakki: should I trust him?
I trust Hakky 10000%. The best.
I had an appointment with Eid and wanted to go with him because I live close to him. He is a very nice guy and a great surgeon, but he was “stumped” by my case. He was almost 2 hours late to our initial telemed conversation. When I met him in person he seemed confident that the Titan would fix my peyronies with no issues, however once he examined me he said I would need 2 surgeries, the first with a malleable. He took a few weeks and a consult with another surgeon to come up with that plan, which I wasn’t a fan of because I didn’t have 60k to spend. A great guy and surgeon for sure, but not the one for me.
Hakky was able to make relief incisions during surgery and I was straight as soon as I began cycling. And, as stated by others, Hakky is young and will be around for revisions in the future.

Re: Dr Hakki: should I trust him?
Two words...HELL YES...Hakky is one of the best. I have issues with trust. I chose Hakky because he was geographically closer than Eid. The guy is top notched. He knows what he is doing and is very open and candid about your situation. YOU WILL BE a totally different person in about 2 months...Wondering "What in the hell was I thinking...suicide?...What kind of talk is that?" LIFE IS GOOD...

Re: Dr Hakki: should I trust him?
Thanks guys.
I'm from Italy and i wanted a top.
Eid and Kramer were out of budget.
Then I found Hakki, i searched, collected info here and i choose him.
We had a chat, soon we'll have a telemed, but my first impression overall was pretty good.
Of course the most important thing is the final result and now I'm not able to say anything for obvious reasons.
I'd be glad to have a chat with someone who got implanted by him and can share his experience.

There are basically 4-5 guys in this game that matter. If they’re names keep popping up all over these sites, you will probably be all right with any of them

Both handle difficult cases. Hakky is also known for performing revisions confidently, and one of the developers of the Titan implants. I won't hesitate to go to Hakky.
