how long to cycle after surgery?

Hi, It has been 51/2 months since I was implanted.
I did cycle almost daily for the first 4 months and got great opportunities to use the implant almost daily for about a month on a trip to Bangkok. I would keep it inflated for a couple of hours and feel no pain or discomfort.
However on my return to India since mid Jan, I have fot kind of lazy and have not inflated/deflated it even once.
My question is : is it ok now to stop the daily cycling routine (anyway I have not cycled since at least 40 days) Or would that create some kind of future problems.
Thanks in advance

I think it's generally recommended to cycle daily for up to a year post-op.

have you achieved your pre ed length? If back to full length cycling has done its job. I was full length at 6 months and then stopped the daily routine.

Cycled twice a day for at least 30 minutes each for first 10 months till saline bag ruptured.

My instructions were to inflate one to two hours per day for two years. I have really restored all size and I am 15 months out.

When you say one to two hours per day for 2 years, is that continuance inflated? Or in stages throughout the day? Thank you for any clarification. I got implanted March 4th and started since Monday my cycling. Doing 30-45 minutes three times a day. My doctor said 20 minutes a day 1 time is fine, but after reading a lot of guys here, I decided to bring it up a notch.

Will that do same results as you would get with yours?

Maybe. Remember, it all depends upon how your tunica responds, your implant size vs your measured size. Plus maybe some other variables. Just plain old luck might factor in.

Sorry I over looked this question. At first, say during the first 9 months, I tried to fully inflate for one hour in the morning and one hour at night. (In a robe, reading the paper/watching TV that sort of thing.) After that I would always get in at least one hour, sometimes though I would inflate while showering and getting ready, or just at night watching TV) If time permits, I always shoot for the 2 hours and plan to do that until the two year mark. I very rarely inflate for more than one hour just because its hard to be doing nothing for that long. I was not concerned about size going into this but my urologist at Mayo Clinic really seemed to be aggressive/concerned about sizing. With her fine work and with me following her instructions, I am amazed by the result. (Very straight and much larger than I remembered ever being.) I do not have discomfort when fully erect unless I miss for 2-3 days, which rarely happens. Also, fully erect is too hard for my wife--like a piece of wood, so I don't fully inflate during that activity.

This is well-said. I think everyone is different and I suspect age has something to do with the result from inflating. (I was 60 and considered younger by my doctor.) I really think it was a good idea to use a medical grade vacuum device leading up to the procedure. (I had Peyronies and she made it clear that the vacuum was needed.) I don't think the implant procedure itself is a big deal for the surgeon--it is pretty easy straight forward surgery compared to others. It seems like some surgeons are more aggressive than others in sizing, and mine was clearly looking to maximize size and a good 'look' in straightness/scrotoplasty as her goal. The process of daily inflating after the procedure is necessary to fully realize the capacity of the Titan implant.

Did you physician give you any idea why the reservoir ruptured? Also, how is that repaired? Wow, only 10 months. What brand?
