flacid pull vs VED

I have peyroines and in prep for implant I have been using VED. I have hour glass and plaque in center which creates curve. After using VED I am pulling 6 1/2" flacid and 6 to 6 1/4" on VED. Obviously the peyroines plaque inhibits its potential when erect through the VED. How does this play out in implant? I know they measure flaccid state to get idea but will peyroines modify that measurement for size up? thx

Matthew,
The general "rule-of-thumb" is to pull your penis straight out, as far as possible ... now look down, that is about what you will get from Implant. You will not get an accurate measurement from right after using VED ... nor from pushing a ruler against the pubic bone.
Depending on the amount or severity of the plaque ... the URO "may" attempt to remove some, but most do not unless it will give you a unwelcome outcome. Just ask your URO what the plan is. With the size you are now you should have a good outcome.
Keep up the VED as this really helps ... and keep us posted on your progress.
