any implantees who have a small scrotum?

I'm scheduled to have a Titan implanted in mid-May but worried that the pump will be a problem because I have a small scrotum. Has anyone else who has a small scrotum been implanted, especially with a Titan? Any long-term pain or discomfort due to the proximity to the testicles?

TIA.

I had the same concerns going into the implant. It will be fine. I have no problem finding and pumping the pump. Your scrotum will stretch to accommodate the implant

Are you getting the Genesis or the Touch pump? Both are less obtrusive than the AMS MS pump, but the Genesis is particularly small and manageable.

I'm pretty sure it's the OTR. I just made an appointment to meet with my surgeon in person on April 1st so he can have a good look and will know more then. My previous meeting with him was a televideo.

Thanks.

I have a very small scrotum and I have no issues. My pump is high and sometimes it is difficult to deflate but I like that it really isn't visible.

sweaterfan,
Smaller sack here and getting smaller, due to TRT. After almost 3 years there is and never was, pain. The Titan works as I expected.
One small issue, my pump was not planted low in the scrotum and as such it is more visible than 2 years ago.
Talk with your doctor/surgeon and confirm where the pump will be located.

Just a thought, which may or may not work. If you have a small scrotum as your doc about HCG injections. Whenever I get on HCG they swell up, a lot. I feel far healthier too. I am not a doctor, just giving my personal anecdotal experience.

I do.

i was worried pre implant whether the pump would actually fit.

It does, however, there is not a lot of room and when my scrotum is tight it is very squashed in. i am almost 5 weeks out, my pump is in an antero posteriorly position ( release button is behind ) so this along with my tight scrotum is making it impossible currently for me to begin cycling.

I have a small scrotum due to years of TRT. The Genesis pump fits in a bit easier than the OTR does. Really my complaint is the tubing because I got a 26 or 28cm Giant or whatever its called lol. It creates extra tubing that I can feel in my scrotum that I could not feel w my original implant.

Either way, its not too bad. Im on HCG now and it seems my scrotum is getting bigger to hide it easier.
