Got a brand new 700 day before yesterday. Not really painful.
Evidently my physician was capable enough to leave the corpus cavernosa partially intact because I have a spontaneous semi erection when thinking about sex
... is that amazing or what? Anybody share any experience on this ? 700 LGX with MS pump, 67 yo no longer fighting to stay hard...

Who did you guys get implanted by? I'm curious because I'm scheduled with Dr. Hakky in ATL and was told that I would have effectively no blood flow to the shaft. Happy to hear about your positive outcomes!

I think the blood flow to the glans is confused with that of the shaft, just my thoughts

It depends on the skill of your surgeon and what your EQ is like pre implant.

I can currently get hard enough for intercourses without pumping, but I am only 5 weeks out and this may change in time. I did not have ED but severe Peyronies.

Thanks for the feedback. I had Dr. James Daitsch do the work, I am another day thru this and no issues so far. I would say he did an excellent job.

. Properly done the erection material is just moved to the side and NOT destroyed. In some cases true erection is possible after implant. This is true when you get implanted after a Radical prostatectomy and your nerves were damaged. After several years your erectile nerves may recover and natural erection can occur. Average time for nerve repair after a RP is 24 months. some longer some less time. My nerves were completely removed , so I did not wait for healing. Glans nerves are just now showing improvement on some days after 4 years.

question, if one has a satisfactory erection with pills without having prostate problems should one retain a small erection of the shaft and glans?
