Well my first appointment to see Dr. Karpman is Thursday and this is what I got, it is almost 4.5” flaccid and 5” if I push the Tape to the pubic bone, I have a larger scrotum (just got out of the shower, I does shrink up when colder) but I want to know from anyone else that has similar what will I have flaccid after a Titan implant. I am 7.5” erect. I hope the pump fills up some of my scrotum and I hope my flaccid will be longer than my scrotum.

My purely uneducated guess would be between 5 and 5.5" flaccid. No more shrinkage after the implant

The implant will fill your flaccid out,or at least it did mine.When you fully deflate it will get thinner but the shortest I get is about 51/2-6”.No more shrinkage like before the implant.You can put several pumps in to make it any way you want.In your case of enjoying Nudist Resorts or Beaches be like Burger King and have it your way!

I’m also trying to decide if I should get a nip tuck on the scrotum at the same time, unless it will be better for the new third nut. Anyone else with a saggy scrotum did the third nut make you saggy more or did it help take up some slack? I guess these are the questions I need to ask the doctor. I would like a smaller scrotum, did anyone get a scrotum tuck during their implant.

Zoso: I would not worry about room for the pump in your scrotum. Mine is average to slightly smaller. I too worried aboutwhether there would be room for the "boys" and the pump. It has never been a problem. Severalyears later, I am on Testosterone therapy and my nuts have shrunken to the size of rasins, so it really ain;t a problem.
Rather that rely too heavily on Franktalk advice, I would listen to Karpman. He has an excellent reputation and has done a couple of friends/correspondents of mine and they have been very pleased both with the outcome of the surgery and his willingness to discuss issues as well as follow up.

Thank you and she may, but she does have a couple toys (LOL). Anyway karpman does the Titan and infrapubic. I lost about 1.5” (erect) after peyronies so if I keep the size I am about 7.5” erect I would be happy as the wife said my pre peyronies was to much when she was on top, I just want a good working dick. I hope I have at least a 5.5” flaccid.

I must say you have an outstanding package. I don't see anything wrong with a man's scrotum hanging lower than his cock.

Well thank you. I am just sort of self conscious of it when around other people. I would prefer it a little smaller

I understand. Mine hangs very low. It creates quite a bulge down my right leg. I used to be self concious and try to hide it. It was uncomfortable doing so. finally i decided to let it hang. I guess when I reached a certain age (over 70) I stopped caring.
