I'm having the 700 LGX implant on Sept 26th, but am unclear on one thing. Does the glans swell when the implant is pumped? If not, doesn't does glans remain a bit floppy??

I had a Titan implant in Mar 2012. At first the glan was pretty mushy but after about two months circulation start to improve and glan started expanding when aroused. In addition I started taking cialis every few days and this seems to realy get the glan filled up.

Welcome ... and congrats on your upcoming surgery ... No the head does not swell just from being pumped up. It will however swell when excited/stimulated, as SURFTRAVELER stated it will take some time, but it should happen. No the head is not floppy with a LGX as the tips of the Implant are placed into the head.
