I don't see why you can't pump while 'inside', it might add fun to the mix.
My experience with the 1st couple of encounters was that the glans ache subsided once Alfa Jr. was 'inside.

I can offer no advice about an implant by I can about Tinder.
1). Meet in a public place first
2) have an excuse ready to abort or hit the ejector seat if you sense any weirdness after meeting
3). Put away any valuables in your hotel or house assuming you are comimg back to your place.

I was intending to write a full script of a scenario of how I imagine your experience might be if it were me in your place, but have not had enough time to do a proper job of it. So, here goes with just the set-up.

You wrote that she knows of your implant, but you don't think she fully underestands it. To take advantage of her cuiosity I would start out, offer to show her how it works. Ok so all went to plan - Kind off.
