Well, it's been a little over 10 years since implant. I don't check in here much anymore, but just thought I'd drop in and say everything still works great after 10 years. I couldn't be more pleased with how things turned out. 22cm Coloplast Titan with Dr Eid. I've documented my initial experiences in some detail, but since its 10 years ago with 10 years old technology, not sure how relevant that is anymore. Any questions feel free to message me directly or post something here and I'll try to check in again once in a while for a short time.

Just good to hear about the longevity of your implant. Thanks for posting. Gives us newbies hope.

I probably average 2-3 times per week, but sometimes more, sometimes less. I have used it multiple times in a day. I think my record a few years ago was 7, same woman just multiple times. Mostly just once though.

congratulations rlm1818, do you think that the implants after yours have been improved?

I don't know enough about developments since mine to know if they've improved. And frankly, I'm not sure what improvements there could be that would matter much to me. The pump is quirky, but I figured that out pretty fast and Dr Eid give a some suggestions, so that really is not an issue for me. I have heard the pump in newer models is more round. Mine is very odd shaped. But Dr Eid did such a great job tucking it away that's not an issue. He told me, with a wink, he'd put it where my girlfriends would never find it. To my surprise, no one has ever found it without me telling them and showing then.

The big thing for me at this point is longevity. Dr Eid told me to expect 10-12 years. Well I'm at 10 years and a couple months. Hopefully he was conservative, which he was about everything else.

since your implant was done 10 years ago, did your cock aesthetically change shape from pre to post surgery? if yes, for worse or for better and by how much

How old are you? How often does the implant interfere with your day to day life? How often do you think about it? My appointment with Eid is tomorrow, I'm hoping for the

Awesome! So many guys ask about longevity of implants. This should help convince them they do last. I'm about 2 1/2 years out.
