22 days post-implant. Just got deflated

Feels so much better and less awkward. Surgeon showed me how to inflate and deflate, and wants me to pump it up/down a few times a day as part of my cycling. Seeing him again in exactly one month to get checked again, and then I should be cleared for sex with my lovely, excited partner.
Anything else I should do/be aware of now that I'm not stuck with a 40% chubby 24/7?

When you inflate, inflate all the way, as much as you can stand. When you deflate, deflate all the way as much as you can manage to do (including squeezing your penis).
You want the reservoir to be as full as it can possibly be when the implant is deflated so it does not get encapsulated by scar tissue. Encapsulization would prevent full deflation.
You want the implant to be as full as it can possibly be when the implant is inflated so make sure your penile tissues are as stretched out as they can be (which includes preventing the encapsulization thing).

I don't see any reason to only cycle a few times a day. If you can do it 10 times, why not? Exercise is good.

You would not want to wear out your scrotal skin. Also, you have to stop to eat once in a while.
But seriously:
Diminishing returns. Too many cycles are not going to add any benefit over sufficient cycles.

I'm right behind you at 18 days myself. I can't wait to get a little relief from 60-70% inflated and sucking straight up to my belly button. Congratulations on graduating to the next level!

Your doctor is following a different protocol than mine did, and I have a Titan implant.
It's great that your wife is excited to start enjoying your newly bionic dick. My one suggestion is to avoid the temptation to start early.
If your doctor wants you to wait another month, you should wait. He probably has a good reason, and you don't want to fuck things up while you're healing.
A month will pass quickly after years of pre-implant ED.

Diminishing returns are still returns nonetheless. Also it just doesn't make sense to do exactly what the doctor says here. No doctor would tell any man, "please be aggressive with your dick and exercise it a lot!" Because, malpractice.
...but that sure as hell doesn't mean you should be as conservative as he wants you to be.
I get that you all love following the doctors orders, and it's worked for you throughout your life. But when it comes to your dick, put some work in. You're not gonna break anything, you've got a dick in need of exercising.
Doing it exactly 3 times a day is probably why the biggest patient complaint of implants is losing size, despite all other resources saying that shouldn't happen.

Yes, I'm definitely going to do everything my doctor says. I've been amazed at how little pain, swelling, and bruising I've had through all of this so I'm not making a move until he OK's it.
I talked to him Monday and he thinks I'll be ready to cycle at 4 weeks and have sex at 6.
I certainly do NOT want to mess anything up at this point. Right now, looking at me the only way you could tell that I've just had surgery is the scar/stitches on my scrotum and my counter-incision in my abdomen for the reservoir. They couldn't risk the normal placement of the reservoir because of my previous abdominal surgery.
Here at day 18 I have no swelling or bruising left at all.
How did it feel to do some cycling? I'm thinking things may get pretty tender for a while.
