Implant length within body

Is there an approx size of how much of an implant is inside our body? If I have a total of 20cm's on implant, How much of that is receded for support behind the surface?

I think the average man has about one third of the total penis length inside his body. That should mean you have 6-7cm inside the body.
Age 71. Married 52 years. Location Oregon. PCa at age 56. Open RP surgery and radiation treatment. Oral or injection drugs didn't work. Implanted 10/13/20. Titan Narrow Base 18cm with 1cm left and 1.5cm right rear tip extenders.
