Hey Guys
Does anyone have the above implant? Doc thinks it’s the best for me. I want to be comfortable.
They say it is less rigid in the penis than other implants.
Likes and dislikes please
Thanks!!

Because of my Peyronie's plaque, my doctor felt the CX was the only one he could get in my dick. I can't imagine any implant getting harder than this does, and it is totally rigid when fully inflated. After a few weeks it became comfortable and hangs pretty naturally. No complaints here. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me, glad to help.

My AMS Patient Liaison said the CX inflates to more rigidity than the LGX. The conventional wisdom says this is true but the difference is not very great.
The conventional wisdom (and I have no reason to doubt it) says the Coloplast, being made of a material that has residual stiffness greater than the AMS products to start with as well as being slightly larger in diameter, is the most rigid when inflated.
There is a Medical Journal paper confirming this and I am sure someone will post a link.

Ask and ye shall receive! Notable that Dr Hakky is one of the co-authors of this paper.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27770856/"Results: Longitudinal column testing (penetration) demonstrated that less force was required for the AMS device to kink compared with the Coloplast implant across all three fill pressures tested. The Coloplast Titan also had a smaller angle of displacement at the modified cantilever test (gravity) compared with the AMS implant across all fill pressures."

I also have the CX and I can't complain. I do have a slight dog ear or kink when flaccid, but it isn't a problem and the hang is normal.
I asked doc for an LGX, but he said with my massive dick (kidding of course), he would use CX if the cylinders were 18cm or greater..

There are doctors that just do one or the other brands of implants. The LGX is the softest and most comfortable of the devices. But some men have curvatures that need a stiffer device. The CX is stiffer and helps with this but for greater curvature cases the Titan is considered best. Here is the complete study of the link posted earlier.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5654325/ That study does not show the CX. It does show and has been used to show the stiffness of the Titan over the LGX. But it also shows in table one the ability of the 21cm LGX to expand in length greater than the 22cm Titan and very closely match the girth expansion. The 18cm Titan is the king of girth however. This is in table one. The 21cm LGX is the largest LGX made and many top doctors I have contacted have stated that they will not use it as it has problems. They have stated a CX or Titan should be used in this size. My 21LGX has had some problems but seems to work ok. But I have had nothing to compare it to. I feel it has done the job I needed it to do in that I had size loss from ED and I have restored much of that. The CX is advertised to have girth expansion but does not have the length expansion of the LGX that is shown in table one of that study. And as was posted is stiffer than the LGX but less than the Titan.
I think it depends on the man and the doctor. Some men can have any of the devices and do well. Some men will do better with one device over the others. The best thing to do has been written on this site many times. That is to find the best doctor you can and then to trust that doctor.

Had both the CX and Titan. CX is firm enough to break bricks so no issue there. The CX is also much more comfortable and natural in the deflated state.

What other differences did you find between the two models, if any? How did they compare in the erect state?

I have the AMS 700 CX. It is like a steel rod when ready for action.
