Curious to see how many pumps you all get from your implant?
I can only get 15-18 out of my titan ( 3 months post op ) and i have never reallyhad any pain when i am fully pumped. I am pretty sur ei am undersized but i do get Oak Tree hard.
when i get to my 15-18 pumps, I am rock solid and the noise/sensation of the saline going from the reservoir to the cylinders goes, indicating the reservoir is empty. The pumps gets a little harder but i can still squeeze it. Should i be pumping until I can no longer squeeze the bulb flat or is the lack of fluid being transferred an indication that i am fully pumped?

I have the AMS700, so might be different, but I think the resevoir should have more saline in it than you could possibly pump. If you are hearing air bubbles that could possibly be an issue (not supposed to be air in the system, just saline solution. You may want to have your Dr. check it out.

If that's all it takes to get you rock hard then be thankful. I have a Titan and it takes around 70 pumps to max out. That gets old

Ams 700cx 30 pumps and move it around up and down side to side maybe another pump or two and can't squeeze the bulb a bit.

With my AMS CX, I am rock hard at 15-16 pumps most of them full back-to-back unless pump slips under my fingers.

Do you guys flatten the bulb? Is that how you know you can’t pump anymore?

I'm having trouble getting it really hard (AMS 700). I start with a slight squeeze on the deflate valve to help it open and the first or second pump on the bulb seems to "pop" or release the valve to open and the first 4 otr 5 pumps seem to go well. Then it gets hard to pump, but I still work it a bit and it hardens more, but eventually gets so hard I can't squeeze it any more and still not hard enough. Works with her, but not the best.
