I'm currently considering an implant and discussing it with different surgeons.

I've been dependent on injections since 20 and am now 40.

As you know, there is nothing spontaneous about injections. I have to always plan in advance. Sex is maximum once a day and a lot of girls aren't ok with that (I date alot younger as I have no kids or spouse or baggage). No matter the mixture I stay hard for 3-5 hrs and that's also weird for the girl (20 yrs exp trust me I've tried every combo). While I get very engorged the glans doesn't and the shaft gets cold 90 mins in. So while I am thankful I have injections, i've been alone all my life as all my relationships are very quick flings as I've never wanted to share my secret with anyone. I do worry quite a bit about the look of it (less natural? Less engorged?) and my biggest hangup is dealing with malfunctions which I presume take you out of action for 3 months or so? (Time to rebook, and heal). I don't think there's a way around the latter.

But another issue is how well can you hide the fact you have an implant? I am guessing the surgical scars are well hidden. How about pumping it up? Can you do this during foreplay without her noticing? Right now I can excuse myself to the washroom and inject in 30 seconds - or before she arrives. I realize of course an implant allows you to have sex multiple times a day so there's that huge benefit.

As an aside, are there positions you have to be careful of or avoid (higher risk of damage to the implant). Is rough sex a no no? Being single, 40, and in a profession that appeals to

I was able to pump the AMS devices discreetly but the pump itself was bulky and hard to not notice with any touching. The Titan pump is smaller and smoother, but mine squeaks when depressed. Hard not to notice. Perhaps, if you are really good, you can time it with her moans.

Couldn't you go twice in a day after you orgasm? e.g. you finish and just keep thrusting? I've done that with cialis a bunch of times. Obviously it doesn't fix the spontaneousness but at least you can longer. Totally understand why you'd get an implant but it seems like the twice a day is easy to fix if you just keep thrusting.

If you're at a girl's place or she is at yours, and you're expecting (or hoping for) action, pump to about 60-70% before you settle in on the couch. You can keep it there for hours with no pain or discomfort, and that way if things heat up and she reaches down there, you'll have something going. She won't be expecting a full-on rager by that point. From there, you should only be about 10-15 squeezes from full tumescence, and those are pretty easy to pull off one or two at a time during foreplay without being noticed. It gets cold after two plus hours. I figured that was normal given your cock is ischemic at that point or close to it. Hence you don't want an erection that long

Why bother trying to hide it? I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of reports of women who dislike sex with their implanted man.
