is there any pain from the hard tips of the implant in the crus?

I'm trying to understand where the tips of the implant end up in the crus. Looking at a diagram of the crus at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crus_of_p ... ay1154.png It looks like they fit in the proximal end of the corpus cavernosum, but do they rest against something? Can they cause pain or erosion by rubbing against tissue or bone especially when inflated and having sex?

Is there a diagram showing the tips resting in the crus and the surrounding tissue/bone?

TIA.

No pain ever on the cruses end. When pumped to the max (not advised) I get pain at the glans and full external shaft. Usually just go 80%, as that is about the same as a natural blood filled dick.

the first 2 tips end up in the glans, the other 2 there are no videos or photos where they lean or are stuck or anchored in some way as nerd says, I have been curious for some time too, to understand during sex if the thrusts of a certain consistency can cause discomfort / pain in both the glans and posterior tips

I believe that if you look at the promial end of the implants. You'll see that they are made with a taper that closely matches the proximal pocket. Thus any pressure is spread out over a wide area. So the pressure per square mm is low.
After a few months I'm fairly certain that your body will try to encapsulate the end. Further spreading the load.

Gt1956 would you say that the 2 rear tips merge with your body over time?

I think conform might be a better term.

No pain unless there is a perforation. Think of a sausage and the Tunica is the casing. And the implant cylinder is the filler. This is side by side in the exposed section of the penis. As this enters our body the right and left split apart and is called the Crus. It can be shallow or deep. The proximal ends of mine go deep back to near my anus. This is why it is difficult to determine erect length from cylinder size. Some like me have a deep Crus and others shallow. Might be just narrow to the point that the cylinders will not go any deeper. There are special curved tools to make room for the cylinders in the Crus as proximal perforation was and is a problem with straight dilator's. As we are different the location will depend on your anatomy.

Don't feel anything bad in the crus of my penis, but do feel some discomfort from how hard the implant tips are in my glans. Worry sometimes that I may be at risk of erosion up there but I don't think the crus is anything to worry about.
