Buckling 15 days post op

Im experience buckling of the cyclinders when i lean in a forward position, such as when typing on a computer. The buckling causes a bulge on the right of the penis and its painful. When i laydown the the bulge on the right side goes away with about 20 minutes massaging.
I was impanted with the Titan 15 days ago, as instructed by the dr my penis is held up against my stomach for 6 weeks until activation. I do this by wearing compression shorts.
Has anyone experience buckling of the cylinders prior to activation. Is this normal?
Thanks for your responses.

Yes ... the "buckling" is normal. Some describe it as folding a straw ... while sitting in front of the computer try letting your penis down from the upright position. You won't hurt anything by doing this for short periods if it is more comfortable.
Many URO's have varied methods on the proper position ... mine was never in the upright position. When I experienced discomfort from the "fold" I just pumped once or twice to fill the fold with fluid. Since you are only 15 days out ... it's doubtful you will be able to do this.
Congrats on your new Implant ... keep us posted on your progress ...

I had the same problem and that continued till about two weeks or so until I was able to find the pump and slightly inflate it some more to keep the cylinders more round. Yes that is uncomfortable.

Ok good to hear thats normal. As to pumping up a little bit to compensate for the buckling of the cylinders i understand how that could help but im hesitantant....in case theres any discomfort im not confident i can find and use the release button.
Im on day 17 post op and feel good, no swelling. Going to start light exercising (walking).
Thanks everyone for your respnses.

yes finding the button could be a problem, I just gave mine just one of two small squeezes, not full bulb comressions. I don't think it will be a problem, that is if you can manage it with the remaining swelling. Mine unit is the AMS 700lgx which is said to be more flexible in any case. However if yout unit was left after surgery with just enought fuild to keep it round a little more fluid won't hurt, since your are still keeping it point up anyway. Some guys say they totally inflate by 15 days or so, but there was no way I thought I could manage it, so just a few light squeezes , I don't think there's anything to hurt and it really helped me.

That was a great tip, a couple of mini squeezes of the pump and the cylinders filled a little more and its much more comfortable, no discomfort at all.
Another question related to the position of the release button, i have the otr is it normally positoned on 12-6 axis or is it on 9-3 plain? The instructions illustrate the later but mine feels like it lined up on 12-6 oclock.
