Bulge in glans?

I am noticing this small bulge in the head of the penis on one side. Can you tell me what this is? Has anyone encountered like this? I have my follow up ok Thursday but curious to hear from the community

40 yrs old. Have ED and PE all my life. Never had penetrative sex all my life. Tried almost all kinds of options( pills, injections, natural therapies etc. Turned Bionic on May 17'22 with Titan by Dr.Karpman infrapubic approach.16cm+2 RTE

It looks like swelling, I had a lump like that on The other side of the glanis or head.
58yr. Married to awesome wife, retired after second back surgery. PE since early 20’s, ED started around 40, back surgeries and heart problems have ruin my dick
Update; implanted on May 10th, Dr. Karpman. 25cm + RTE

It went away?

OK great hope mine goes away in few days too.

Could be Mondors disease (thrombophlebitis).
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

I have something similar...for me its just the cylinder sticking out. when I pump it up all the way it straightens out. I can bend it straight but it will bend again after a while.
59. ED from prostate removal surgery in 2018. Low doses of Trimix worked fine but usually gave a painful erection. Sildenafil - hit and miss but caused headaches for 8-12 hours. AMS-700CX 21 cm cylinder placed on 2-22-22.

Ohok makes a lot of sense.. My doctor said similar thing and asked me not to worry. Much relief

Deep…. I’m 6 days post implant and have a bulge, not quite as bad as yours but definitely there. I’m going in for one week checkup and staple removal tomorrow and will be asking. I think since I’m only barely inflated mine may be a part of the implant wrinkled up.at least that what it feels like. The other side is smooth and the bumped side is rough. Hoping when I inflate it will smooth out.. will post back after follow up tomorrow
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott,and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
