All the best. I would ask you to check Xyostead you will thank me later.. Most painless and best you can ask for. Not sure if you will be using injections or gel or patch but injections are the best but painful. Xyostead makes it much easier( and depending on your insurance it could be zero deductible/copay) .. I am sure this will increase your libido and make u go wild..

FMLFML85 wrote:I’m starting trt next week. I’m super excited about it. One problem I have been having with the implant is the inconsistency of the quality of sex. I have several health issues but including IBD as well as other things that I believe make my testosterone levels volital. I want this to be a journal about having a implant and getting TRT in my 30s.

Yep I’m in my 30s. Two pieces of advice I got for you. GPs/primary’s/urologists don’t like to prescribe testosterone. If you go to a mens clinic that specializes in TRT your more likely to get a prescription. 2nd price of advice is that if you don’t sleep the night before your testosterone test your testosterone levels will be a lot lower and you will be more likely able to receive a TRT prescription.

I've done the injections, patches and gels. Nothing beats the pellets I get every 6 months. It's not covered by insurance and costs $600, but the pellets deliver a constant dosage without any rashes or dips in strength.

What do you mean for inconsistency of the quality of sex and did you have issues also before implanting?

Be careful with testosterone. Better if an endocrinologist follows your treatment. You'll end up with fertility issues, something you could regret one day. Don't try to fake blood works just to get a script.

Sorry mate, I didn't want to hurt you. I had to check a translator to properly understand what IBD is in my language.

When you're young some docs offer HCG monotreatment.

I use gel. Some positive effects. Got the numbers right but my ED is still there.

Inconsistency could be due also to mood / anxiety / parter issue I guess. But I understand the reasoning: a little bit more of libido could help to connect your on demand erections with your mind.
