Two month post-op update. Sex has been achieved!

After 20 years+ of dealing with erectile dysfunction, I had my inflatable implant surgery on March 28, and was just cleared for sex last Thursday. My wife and I have had sex at least twice a day since then, and while I'm still learning how to best manipulate the pump, I've been able to orgasm each time, and my wife says it's the best sex she's had since we were first dating right out of college.

25 good pumps seems to be the sweet spot size wise for her, although I can get to about 38 pumps before it gets too uncomfortable for me.

Thanks to everyone around here for such great info, and I hope I can be just as helpful to other newbies around here.

Congratulations so happy for you. I can't but need to wait to experience mine.
40 yrs old. Have ED and PE all my life. Never had penetrative sex all my life. Tried almost all kinds of options( pills, injections, natural therapies etc. Turned Bionic on May 17'22 with Titan by Dr.Karpman infrapubic approach.16cm+2 RTE

Congratulations!

It's great that sex is good right from when you've been given the green light. For me, it took a couple of months.

Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.

Tried pills, herbs, and Trimix. Implanted by Dr. Hakky , in Atlanta, on the 1st, of September 2020. Titan XL 24cm's with two 1.5cm"s RTE"s
