After ED for at least 20 years, I had enough. Got the implant yesterday and fingers crossed I won’t lose any penis length.

Congratulations!!! To your concern about any lost length, I did have some but with the help of a VED and Perito's MTP 54 you will likely regain it over time. So don't be too quick to judge.

Thanks guys. I am just wondering how to read the implant length. The paper said the corporal measurement was 20cm in total (11.5+8.5 proximal). 1cm RTE, so not sure how much actually will expose outside when erected.
Does this mean I have a total 21cm Titan implant?

I'd estimate you'll end up with 6 to 6 1/2" bone pressed length.
It all depends on how deep your crus is though.

I just looked and my measurements were 12.5cm and 9cm.

Interesting. So your total measurement were 21.5cm but your implant was 18+3.5=21.5 too.
My rte was 1cm, no way my titan is 19cm, either 18 or 20cm….

Only my opinion. I see lots of guys comparing implant lengths. I presume its to get a ballpark idea of erect length. I personally think that can easily get you misleading numbers. Both AMS implants grow in length when inflated. Initially the growth might be on the lower side of their claims. But there is a chart of inflation tests showing the actual overall implant lengths between Titans & I believe it was the LGX. The same psi is used in both models.
My humble advice is to verify what brands of implant you're comparing lengths to each other.
